Actually, all of the articles mention that the extract is from the seed. So, eat some mango seeds and become slim. No mention of how many we are to take, though. I would imagine they are kinda tiny so I think chewing lots will help break them down a lot, not to mention the weight you lose by chewing. Hmm. Good article and keep on blogging!
