Anna Bessonova is yet another reason why I love female athletes. I’m otherwise completely oblivious to sports, but I do appreciate flexible babes of sports. Rhythmic gymnastics definitely counts as a good sport to watch. Anna Bessonova got into gymnastics through her parents who are into sports themselves. Her dad Vladimir Bessonov plays football (that’s Soccer in North America) for Dynamo Kiev and her mom Viktoria Bessonova is a successful rhythmic gymnast who became world champion twice.

When it comes to her home country of Ukraine, Anna Bessonova is a #1 rhytmic gymnast there.

An American gymnast Nastasia Liukin – full name Anastasia Valeryevna Liukina beat everyone and won gold medal for the women’s individual all around. She’s also one of the best looking gymnasts which is never a bad thing. If you’re doing all that flexible crazy stuff, make sure you also look good so I can let my imagination fly.
