Heidi DeRosa, who won the hottest baseball wife of 2008 and is the wife of St. Louis Cardinals infielder Mark DeRosa finished 4th, proceeded by Karen Burnett, wife of New York Yankees pitcher A.J. Burnett and Lisa Dergan, wife of Chicago White Sox outfielder Scott Podsednik.
