Remember the other day when Chupacabra was recorded by the police dash cam in Texas. Well, there’s another Chupacabra that resurfaced just now and guess what – this one’s from Texas too. They sure like their hairless unidentified animal creatures down there.

According to the legend, Chupacabra is a hairless four legged something that looks like a mix between a dog and a wolf. The Goatsucker, which is the meaning of word Chupacabra in native Spanish is also said to be nocturnal. It’s also sometimes referred to as the Mexican Bigfoot.

The picture and the video below are of the latest creature believed to be Chupacabra. Coming from Texas, this creature is being mummified (aka stuffed) by local taxidermist from Blanco Taxidermy School – Robert McDaniel. Texan Chupacabra was captured by Lynn Butler, former Blanco Taxidermy School student who set up a poison trap in his cousin’s yard after something was tearing the chickens up.

Despite it’s apparent glamour, the United Arab Emirates is a country where even members of royal family practice brutal torture. Royal Sheikh Issa seen in a photo above put a man through extremely brutal torture and had it all filmed on camera so he could watch it later. The torture was assisted by UAE police officer and was obviously fully supported by the royals as actions of Sheikh Issa were classified as “correctly followed”. Take a look at the video below and tell me if this is something you would aprove of. Is this a country you would want to travel to?

Sheikh Issa Bin Zayed Al Nayhan is a member of UAE royal family. His father Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan is the president of United Arab Emirates and his brother Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan is the crown prince. In a video tape obtained by Houston, Texas businessman Bassam Nabulsi, Sheikh Issa is seen torturing a man in the middle of the desert. It’s dark outside and there’s only light coming from a nearby car. Bassam Nabulsi claims the video was taped by Sheikh Issa’s brother who is given instructions to come closer and get details of the torture so Sheikh Issa could re-watch it when he returns to the palace.

The name of tortured man is Mohammed Shah Poor and he’s a grain merchant from Afghanistan. Mohammed Shah Poor had his feet tied with a rope by UAE police officer. While he was tied up, Sheikh Issa pressed his knee against his head and force-fed him the sand from the desert. To keep tortured man really scared, Sheikh Issa kept firing rounds from an automatic weapon into the sand within immediate proximity of Mohammed Shah Poor. That was just the beginning. The best was yet to come.

After initial torture, Sheikh Issa took a cattle prod and forced it into the anus of Mohammed Shah Poor which was turned up after insertion. After that Sheikh Issa beat the man with a wooden prank which had protruding nails on it. Having ripped tortured man’s by sharp nails, Sheikh Issa then proceeded to pour salt into the bleeding wounds. Abused, beaten and bleeding, Mohammed Shah Poor was lying half unconscious in the sand, when Sheikh Issa proceeded to run him over several times with his fancy Mercedes SUV. There are certain torture scenes that were not shown on the broadcast tape, but later into the torture, Sheikh Issa poured lighter fluid over Mohammed Shah Poor’s genitals and set them alight.

Bassam Nabulsi, a businessman who smuggled the torture video out of UAE alleges that he was also subjected to torture after his relationship with Sheikh Issa turned sour. He claims that Sheikh Issa tortured Mohammed Shah Poor because he felt that the man overcharged him for grain he was looking to purchase.

After international pressure against United Arab Emirates, the torture tape was reviewed by the UAE government who released following statement:

all rules, policies and procedures were followed correctly by the Police Department.

Wow, United Arab Emirates definitely sounds like a fair country to visit. I care less about Burj Al Arab – the only 7 star hotel in the world being in Dubai, I care less about man made islands in the shape of the palm tree that can be seen from the space. This fancy cover hides the real United Arab Emirates – a country where torture is readily practiced by the royals and victims get no justice. That’s what true United Arab Emirates is all about and I hope everyone reconsiders their travels before it’s your turn to get taken to the desert and have the testicules set on fire by a royal sheikh.

The story of 9 year old Amber Hagerman who was kidnapped as she was riding a bicycle and subsequently murdered prompted the introduction of Amber Alert – the missing children system which sends out a bulleting each time there is a suspicion a child has been abducted.

Amber Hagerman Story

When Amber Hagerman was 9 year old, she was at her grandma’s in Arlington, Texas and went for a bike ride. It was January 13, 1996 – Jimmie Kevil, the neighbor of Amber’s grandma heard little girl scream. As he ran outside to find out what was going on, he saw a man in black pick up truck pull Amber Hagerman off her bike and stuff her inside the vehicle. Seconds later, he drove away at high speed.

Jimmie Kevil immediately alerted the police and provided description of the abductor and the car. Arlington police launched search for the car and were followed by countless volunteers and FBI. Local media, including TV and radio stations covered the Amber Hagerman story with hopes it would help recover the 9 year old girl but it was all in vain. 4 days from her abduction, Amber Hagerman was found dead in a drainage ditch only four miles from where she was kidnapped. Her abduction and murder remain unresolved, however the police are looking into files of Terapon Adhahn, who’s a person of interest in the case of Amber Hagerman.

Amber Alert

Amber Alert system for missing children was originally implemented in the USA and was inspired by the kidnapping and murder of Amber Hagerman. The system was later adopted by Canada, UK and other countries. Amber Alert is based on a similar principle weather alerts work – where mainstream media player receive an alert of some upcoming weather condition and pass it on immediately.

In order to avoid false alarms, certain conditions must be met to issue Amber Alert:

• A Case must be filed with the law enforcement
• A child must be at serious risk
• There must be description of a child, an abductor, and their car
• Only children up to 17 years of age can have an Amber Alert issued

Once there is a reason to issue Amber Alert, the bulletin is immediately dispatched to commercial radio and TV stations, satellite and cable providers, further Amber Alerts are sent via e-mail and to the LED billboard signs such as the one located in the example below. While success rate of Amber Alert system is questionable, it is without doubt a way to get more eyes involved in looking for missing children. The loss of 9 year old Amber Hagerman was truly a horrible tragedy, but perhaps her story will help prevent murders of some other children.

7 Year Old Groom Jose Griggs is having a tought time dealing with this. He himself is a recovering leukemia patient who’s developed strong feelings for Jayla Cooper over last two years. He doesn’t want to see her go. Leukemia is a bad disease

Anyway, the city of Austin in Texas woke up to construction signs informing drivers and pedestrians of Zombie infestation in their city, warning them to pack up and run. Nazi Zombies are coming. How awesome is that. Turns out that some hackers hacked into the computer that controls construction signs and changed message displayed into this cool Zombie prank. It didn’t last too long, but nice job anyway, hackers.

I think kids did a good job. It appears that most people from Austin took it that way too, however some were outraged. I think those folk just need to lighten up. And prepare for Zombie attack – you never know when they crawl up on you. Or maybe Austin just has no idea what is going on. Maybe hackers just tried to warn the people of what’s really coming up at them and all they got is mockery. Zombies are real, they’ll eat your brainzzz!

Cuero in Dewitt County, Texas is Chupacabra capital of the world. Last Friday, Cpl. Brandon Riedel – one of their cops on duty went to patrol the back roads when he spotted a strange creature running in front of his car. He turned on the on board cam that police cruisers have mounted and recorded what could become a real video of a real chupacabra.

Chupacabra recorded on the video in Cuero is about a size of coyote but it’s hairless and has prolonged snout. It looked remarkably similar to the creature that was found on shore in Montauk, NY last month or the one from Peru found last year. In former case the DNA tests proved the creature was a Brazilian pig, in latter it was some form of coyote. No real mystical chupacabra yet but this last one from Cuero, Texas has not been caught yet.

Whether Cuero is home to real chupacabra, or just mutant coyotes remains mystery.
