This is just the man turning into a beast.You need to be highly drugged or having the beast of the devil inside you to do that.
I have not been able to see but a minimum part of the video.This seems out of reality,it is not even seen in any kind of film.I am highly shocked.It is perfectly clear that it is just a way to satisfy this man’s sadism.It seems as though he had never enough,with the outrageous torture on this poor man.Obviously he and the others were really enjoying it.It is incredible.
You see,a life full of luxury,all the money in the world,the best cars,travels all around the world,I guess,that the best education,as well,and the result is this,a beast,probably trying new emotions and a raise of adrenaline,since he has everything,or he has nothing,but money,what he does not have,and that is certain,is a human soul.
I hope that money, high finances,and economic interests do not justify these scenes of genuine terror,and this man-beast pays for it,in a way or another.
On the other hand,the question to make would be:is this the first act of bleeding torture from this sultan,because he seems very expertise in it.To add insult to injury he claims that it is just a tradition in his country.But,what if one day,thanks to divine justice,someone carries out such a tradition on him?
