Even though I’m not a Michael Jackson fan and never have been, I recognize his contributions to the music industry and humanity as general. His music did not speak to me, but it spoke and still does to millions upon millions. His death was a shock. It came out of the blue, without warning and without signs. May the King of Pop rest in peace (BTW, what we refer to as “pop” here in Canada is what our American friends refer to as “soda” but that’s not the point. We’re talking about a different type of pop). Above is the video of my favorite Michael Jackson song. Give In To Me was recorded with Slash, legendary Guns’n'Roses guitarist on guitar. RIP, Michael Jackson.

I just wanted to say thanks for uploading this video and such a respectful comment. I have been a fan of Michael’s music for many years now and was very upset to hear of his death. However, I believe that, as many people have said, ‘Those who burn the brightest burn out the soonest’. Michael Jackson was a legend and there will never be another as talented as he was. His talent will live on forever through his music and hopefully in time people will forget his troubled life and not let it influence their opinions of his art. He is truly the King and ‘Give in to Me’ as always been my favourite of his songs. Thank you. RIP Michael x
