The “Nipplegate” is back. Just as you thought the US Supreme Court had better things to do, they dusted off the old Janet Jackson Wardrobe Malfunction case and returned it to the lower court for re-examination. Saying that Janet Jackson Wardrobe Malfunction was blown out of proportions doesn’t even do it much justice anymore. It continues to hunt CBS like splinter under the skin that just never goes away. That’s North American for you.

But we’re talking about north American where everything gets blown out of proportion, especially if it involves nudity, regardless of how implied. Anyway, federal appeals court in Philadelphia cleared CBS off a $550,000 fine imposed on them by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) for Super Bowl 2004 wardrobe malfunction of Janet Jackson. According to the lower court, the brief breast exposure of Janet Jackson constituted a “fleeting” image that should not have been fined. But FCC thinks otherwise and insist on reinstating the $550,000 fine against CBS. God save us all!

The above is in North America, though. In Europe, they’re not as ass tight and everything works fine. The Swedish rendition of Sweden’s Got Talent featured a quartet of twinks whose act was a dance. Only they were dancing naked. Yep, four naked twinks on national TV in Sweden performing their dance. Granted, their moves were done in such way so as to cover their private parts, however they were wearing no clothes and their asses were in clear view of spectators and cameras at all times.

Imagine this would happen in North America. Janet Jackson would be put to shame with her lame attempt at destroying our purity. The whole shit country would get sued, heads would be falling, businesses would be shutting down, religious prudes would start nationwide sessions to cleanse the sheep off the sin – the entire continent would explode.

Now look what they do in Sweden – judges give performers standing ovations, audience shocked, but loving it – not because they see nudity, but because they see four twinks with balls the size of a Keiko whale. Even though these twinks weren’t that greatly rehearsed, they were given props by everyone for entertaining the crowd and bringing something new on the stage of Sweden’s Got Talent. Sweet old Europe!

New Peta SuperBowl Commercial is causing controversy again. I know Peta has long been a rather laughable institution, but their commercials rock. Peta SuperBowl Commercial shows some ugly bitches with fake boobs get all horny looking at vegetables, so they take their clothes on and get raunchy with the greens. There is blurred naked tit somewhere in that video, I think. I don’t know – all I could see were plastic looking Barbie dolls with fake tits. Not that I wouldn’t fuck it, but I fuck vegetables all the time so I was distracted by a sight of yummy asparagus bunch. Reminded me of good times massaging my prostate. The fine of $550k is the largest in history against a TV broadcaster for indecency, but today, four years later, the judge dismissed the fine, ruling that FCC (Federal Communications Commission) acted “arbitrarily and capriciously” in fining CBS.
